Information needed to complete the online application:

• Social Security Number
• Drivers License Number
• Current e-mail address
• Current address
• Must be at least 18 years old to join online
• If you are opening an account with a joint owner, they must be present during the enrollment process.
• If not present, the joint owner can be added at a later date.

One primary and one secondary form of identification is needed to open an account. Acceptable forms include:

Primary

• Unexpired, state-issued driver's license
• Unexpired, state-issued identification card
• Unexpired, U.S. passport
• Unexpired, military identification
• Unexpired, Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
• Nonresident Immigrant Visa

Secondary

• Employment ID/payroll documentation
• Student ID
• Insurance card/documentation
• Car registration/documentation
• Current utiity bill
• Current lease agreement/document
• Official birth certificate
• Social security card
• Credit/debit card (cover card number)
• Recreational license (must have printed name on the license)
• Concealed carry permit/license
• Occupational license
